In a busy daily life it can mean a great deal to allow yourself to lean back and stop the rollercoaster from time to time.

Spending only 10 seconds wishing somebody else happiness, health or generally good thoughts will have a positive effect. You can focus on family members, friends, people you happen to know or people you have problems with as well as animals, nature or the world in general.

If possible, repeat the procedure every hour to keep your energy at a constantly high level. The regular practice of empathy will have a positive impact on your own experience of life.
